Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. No minimums or hidden conditions — we simply believe delivery should be easy and stress-free.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Our goal is to provide the best possible shopping and delivery experience locally. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we’ll share the news with our community first.

What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Simply email us at info@eulline.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to finalize the transaction.

Do you accept exchanges?
